Not Your Average Contest Insurance Promotion
Interactive Promotions Group has done it all! When people think about putting on a promotion to fundraise or gain attention to their event, most will think of a half court shot, a dice roll, or even a direct mail promotion. While these are the most common and popular contest insurance promotions we offer, there are many others ideas that people don’t always think of! Interactive Promotions Group has put together some ideas for your next promotion that will allow you to think outside of the box.The first promotion, the Oreo Cookie Toss, is a big hit with the younger crowd. The Oreo Toss is perfect for a post- prom or graduation event where teenagers will have the chance to throw an Oreo cookie into a bowl of milk. If they can successfully dunk the cookie in to the milk, then you are a winner. Since Interactive Promotions does not have age restrictions on any of their promotions, this is a fun contest to run with little kids who are more than welcome to eat the cookie after their turn!
Are you looking for something aimed more for adults? The Olive Toss is perfect for any holiday or cocktail party. This adult friendly promotion allows you to give someone at the party a chance to win big if they can drain a cocktail olive into a martini glass. This promotion is perfect for any size party and can be done with one or multiple people!
The Bridal Bouquet Toss is another of Interactive Promotion Group’s “not so common” promotions. The Bridal Bouquet Toss is perfect for any bridal show and allows brides to practice for their big day! Weather Contest Insurance
Interactive Promotions Group has a promotion idea for every season. With the spring showers in the forecast, a weather promotion is a great way to boost sales and increase traffic in your retail store or car dealership. A weather promotion is a type of conditional rebate insurance which means that Interactive Promotions would insure your sales and depending on a certain situation; we would allow you to reimburse your customers for all of the products they purchased during a certain sales period. The weather coverage is one of our most popular conditional rebate promotions for retail stores. The owner would pick a time period when they want to run the promotion, on average this is a 2 week to a month long period. For that period the owner would estimate the total number of sales and report that to Interactive Promotions Group. The owner would then pay a minimal cost in order to insure the total sales volume. Here is an example on how to run a weather promotion at your retail shop. If the owner of a furniture store wants to drive customers into the store then a great way to do so is to advertise that if it rains 4 inches on April 22th then all of the customers would get reimbursed for their purchases from the month of March. The owner would be responsible for keeping track of all purchases made in March and if on April 22nd there was a recording of 4 inches or more, Interactive Promotions Group would pay out the total amount of sales so all of the clients would be reimbursed.
A weather promotion tied to an annual sale is a great way for retail owners to gain a competitive advantage and gives the customers a reason to shop at your store over all the others! This promotion can be done with a retail store of any size and is also very effective for car dealers. To see similar promotions or find about more about Weather Promotions call us at 888-882-5140.

Trade Show Promotions Drive Traffic To Your Booth
Trade shows are a great way to reach out to potential customers and clients. It is an opportunity to highlight your services and explain your products. There are several effective methods which can be used to draw attention to your booth or display. The most basic approach is bold and readable signage. A legible, colorful and eye catching banner or sign will surely draw people in. Goodie bags and freebies are another great and dependable method. Also, a very effective and engaging method is to sponsor a promotion, such as a game, contest or a prize giveaway. People always love the excitement of a game and the chance to walk away a winner.Trade show promotions, such as games and contests, produce several different and beneficial results. By notifying attendees prior to the event, through e-mails, phone calls and direct mail, you add enticement to your booth, ensuring visitors and traffic. People will be excited and curious about the game or contest. Use the promotion or contest as a way to market and advertise, consider linking the game or promotion to your product. In addition, exciting promotions, games and prizes at the booth will help draw in new leads. Following up with these new leads can turn them into clients and customers. This can be done by sending the new contacts information packets or any other relevant materials after the event.
The Interactive Promotions Group has a wide variety of games and contest to fit any promotional need. Traditional and fun games are available, such as the lucky number match or a scratch and win. Maybe something exciting is needed, like a dice roll, paper airplane toss or the lucky envelope game. If something a little different is wanted then the ‘crack the vault game’ combines intrigue and luck, while sports and conditional promotions keep customers on their toes as well as offering an incentive to use your services.

Contest Insurance - Icing on the Cake!
It’s always rewarding to get a hole in one. Some people even get two aces in one round. Some playing groups have had two members step up on the tee and make consecutive holes in one. However this past week at the Frys.com Open on the PGA Tour Nicholas Thompson did something very special. You’re probably wondering what could be more fascinating than all other past hole in one stories that might also involve hole in one insurance. Well this is how the story went.
Nicholas Thompson was playing the par 5 fifth hole at the Frys.com open which is 575 yards. He boomed his driver right down the middle of the fairway, leaving him a chance to go at the green in two. His second shot didn’t just find the green; it found the bottom of the hole for a magnificent double eagle! If you think that’s great we at Interactive Promotions Group are going to step in and tell you that it doesn’t even end there! Nicholas then made his way to the 13th hole which is a 199 yard par 3. He coolly stepped up and followed his double eagle with a hole in one. He used a 7 iron. This was a truly remarkable feat sealed by an unforgettable hole-in-one.
"It was my second double-eagle and the eighth hole-in-one in my life." Thompson said. He also said that he underclubbed in order to land the ball short of the pin before it went in for the ace. Making holes-in-one is a lot of fun but it’s even more fun when there is some sort of hole-in-one insurance backing it up. Interactive Promotions Group provides this type of contest insurance. This means that if you make a hole-in-one you could win a prize as a reward. All you have to do is tell the tournament director at your golf club to call us at 888 882 5440 or to visit our website which is: www.interactivepromotions.com. Who knows; you could be closer to your next hole-in-one.
